During this time,everyone stays active and full of drive.

Whereas,we are obliged to make hay while the sun shines lest we lead a dog's life when getting old.
換言之，趁著年輕，我們應該多充實自己，以便有能力迎接各種不同的挑戰。
That is,when young,we should spare no efforts to envich ourselves so as to meet challengers (of all kinds).
