Te amo.
∟means "I Love You." It's only  between bf/gf and lover.

Te guiero.
∟means "I Like You/ I Miss You." You can say it to anyone. Like family, friends, the people next to you...and so on.

是 Te quiero 而不是 guiero.

而 I Miss You 的西班牙文 則是 te extraño.
