Christina早在她八歲的時候，就曾在全國性的電視節目中亮相。十歲時，曾為匹茲堡鐵人隊與企鵝隊的比賽開場高唱國歌。十二歲時，在佛羅里達的電視節目"新米老鼠俱樂部"中與現今當紅的新一代偶像歌手小甜甜Britney Spears， J.C.與超級男孩中的Justin，與凱莉羅素(Keri Russell)等人一同演出。經過兩年持續地在迪士尼頻道的演出，Christina將她的音樂表演事業更拓展到海外。她不但與日本的流行紅星Keizo Nakanishi共同灌錄一首對唱曲"All I Wanna Do"，參與音樂錄影帶的演出，並在日本巡迴表演。

Christina在1998年返回美國，並以一卷以卡拉OK跟唱Whitney Houston的暢銷曲"I Wanna Run To You"的試唱帶，贏得迪士尼動畫大片"花木蘭"的主題曲"Reflection"的主唱權。並在那一週中，和著名的RCA唱片公司簽下合約。電影花木蘭在1998年的六月首映，"Reflection"這首單曲成功地進入成人抒情榜的前十五名。Christina並在電視節目"CBS This Morning"與"唐尼與瑪麗"節目中作現場表演。除贏得樂評一致好評之外，還為Christina獲得最佳電影原著音樂的金球獎提名殊榮。

在她於RCA唱片發行的首張專輯「Genie In A Bottle」中，Christina持續地展現她獨特的音色，同名單曲"Genie In A Bottle"『瓶中精靈』，一發行便廣受矚目。一鳴驚人的聲音，使得甜美的Christina宛如從瓶中躍出的天籟精靈，短短時間內閃亮登上Billboard單曲榜冠軍寶座！"Reflection"﹝電影花木蘭主題曲﹞與"I Turn To You"兩首抒情歌曲是Christina在這張新專輯中的最愛。另外，充滿流行靈魂風味的"Love For All Reasons"，備受歡迎的舞曲"Love Will Find A Way"，與"Blessed"曲曲都是由創造'Nsync、Boyzone、Monica等暢銷歌手的王牌製作人們為Christina所量身定作。

記得她在REFLECTION的MV時~有點老氣..後來出第一張專輯時就變得很漂亮了
但是後來又走性感路線..不太適合她呢~感覺似乎是要跟Britney拼的樣子qq
不過她的歌蠻好聽的說~謝謝分享哦
