I have 4 skills to gain to Fire-Bolt or Ice-Bolt

I've already gained 1 skill to the Fire-Bolt

How I gain the skills could be the best?

For a example... 3 Fire-Bolt and 2 Ice-Bolt

Or another one... So... How should I gain the skills?

Just for Fire-Bolt and Ice-Bolt
