’97年『To The Faithful Departed』專輯在全美現代搖滾榜冠軍曲“Salvation”強勢領軍下大賣600萬張、登上全球18個國家排行榜的冠軍。’99年,經過了一段 長假的休息沉澱,The Cranberries帶著專輯『Bury The Hatchet』歸隊,持續締造“Promises”、“Animal Instinct”等暢銷曲,賣破300萬張。第五張專輯『Wake Up And Smell The Coffee』推出時,所有團員都已結婚生子,四個人摩拳擦掌準備再度大展身手；而場場滿座的巡迴演唱、攻佔全台排行冠軍的佳績,說明了The Cranberries新世紀復出的成功。
