至於A、D，完成式可以表示過去，題意是說:[他似乎過去是富有的]
那答案應該選D才有包含過去的意思

嗯嗯~同上，時態同屬現在式，所以B不合。而且好像不能用"be receiving"這種動作的，D不合
至於A、C嘛，就是語意上的好壞了，用簡單現在式只能表現現在或未來，而完成式可以表示過去
故選C較恰當
