這是官網對於這個問題的解決方式，將一、二的工具下載，完全清除舊版的機碼或是資料夾等

再重新安裝就可。按指示操作，Good luck!!:醉

一、General CleanTool
ftp://ftp9.nero.com/attach/General-CleanTool.zip

二、General-CleanTool-2000
ftp://ftp9.nero.com/attach/General-CleanTool_7.zip

It is likely that drivers of a previous Nero version are left on your computer and that these drivers prevent the proper installation of Nero 7.

To delete the old drivers, please follow these steps:

a) Download the General CleanTool to your desktop.
Unzip the file with WinZip or WinRar and double-click the .EXE file.
Select the Clean All option and click the Clean button to uninstall all Nero products.
Now reboot your system.

b) Download the General-CleanTool-2000 to your desktop.
Unzip the Cleantool with WinZip or WinRar and then double-click the .EXE file to activate it.
Reboot your system when the CleanTool has finished.
It will clean the registry and remove all Nero entries.

c) Start the installation of Nero 7 again.
If you are experiencing problems with a CD version of Nero 7, download the Nero 7 install files from our website on a trial basis.
Try to install the download version

這個會出現將舊的nero移除時，移除不乾淨，所以安裝新的nero就會出現這個錯誤訊號。

請先用nero專用移除程式將nero的殘將敗兵移除。再重新安裝就可。

呃...這個是出現於舊版程式移除不完全以及直接安裝更新檔才會出現的視窗吧
1.移除問題的話可以參考我這篇https://www.gamez.com.tw/thread-403548-1-1.html

2.如果是因為直接安裝更新檔所出現的問題的話，建議你從新安裝比較接近新版本的版本，
再繼續升級就OK嚕
