Named in honor of her grandmother, ReJoyce The Christmas Album is Jessica's yuletide present to fans and music lovers everywhere, a holiday package brimming over with some of Jessica's favorite holiday songs, fresh interpretations of seasonal music ranging from timeless Christmas carols to contemporary holiday standards. "ReJoyce is a Christmas prayer answered," writes Jessica in the album's dedication. "In loving memory of Joyce Adams Simpson 'Nanny.' Merry Christmas and Thank You for your inspiration. Christmas is a special time for families and Jessica shares her gift of song on a pair of delightful duets, joining her husband, Nick Lachey, on "Baby, It's Cold Outside," and her sister, Ashlee Simpson, on "The Little Drummer Boy." Nick and Jessica even share co-writing credits (with the album's producer, billymann, and Chris Rojas) on the future Christmas classic, "It's Christmas Time Again."
