先說好了~不能抄喔
Every year around Decemeber, I wait patiently for the day of Christmas to come. Christmas is the day where everyone in the family gets together and celerbrate the coming of Santa Claus and the wonderous gifts he brings to us. To make this holiday more enjoyable there's no school and no work, and there's at least two weeks of vocation. Although some people may not be celebrating Christmas, New Year's day is only a week away, so we still get the enjoyable time-spending with our families and friends. However, everyone celebrates Christmas differently, for Asian people like to have hot pot while the people in North America like their feast with a turkey dinner. Christmas is the day to not only be celebrating, but also learning cultural events. Of course, how can we ever forget about the annual boxing week, where every thing is cut in price. So shoppers, grab your bags and start shopping for your favorites; whether it's your favourite hits or clothes, this is the time to shop.
Where can you go on this day than to spend your precious time with your family. This year my family and I stayed in British Columbia to enjoy our delicous German food. The restaurant's name is called Black Forest; the owner is a German person, who is extremly nice to us. There's many lovely music played by an old man on his old piano. The place is dim, and very warm and relaxing, I would recommand to all my friends whenever they want to visit me. The food in the restaurant, is very tasty, very fragile. Those who wish to go to Canada for a visit, don't forget to taste the multicultural food in BC.
Christmas is the day of giving, and forgiving; whether it's big or small arguments, this is the day to forget all those grief moments and have a great time. On this day, I bought my grand-mother a sweater and my grand-father a scarf. To my father and my mother I bought them an umbrella. As to my brothers, I bought them their favourite nike shoes. Bring home boyfriends and girlfriends home on this day is the perfect day to introduce them to your family; so I brought along my boyfriend, Jason. Sitting under the Christmas tree, kissing under the misotoe is two of the many places I like at my house. Snowball fights and snowman making are also some of the favorite hobbies of mine to be done on Christmas day. Time passes on Christmas day, so that's the wonderous time I've had during this year. |
