Free Download Manager (FDM) 是一款實用的免費檔案下載軟體，支援續傳下載功能，新版更可下載 BT，可以依照所使用的連線頻寬來設定抓檔的速限，下載的時候，會自動分配最佳的下載分割數，把下載的性能操到極限，若是拿來跟 IE 的下載比較，便不難發現，使用此類下載工具既省時又方便。
