groundbreaking：挖开地面以开始一建筑项目的行为或仪式/The act or ceremony of breaking ground to begin a construction project.

hellraising:因該是hellraiser的noun或adjective(狂暴的，放縱的習性）/one given to wild, boisterous, or intemperate behavior
例句：Are you still hellraising that stupid kid?
