or as simply as...

This is out of order...
This is broken...
This is malfunctioning...
This has been fooked up (fooked displaced the foul language)

:P

Actually... since its your ID.. if its not working.. you might just say..

I am not working; it is not working.

不過這些寫法便少了「維修中」的意思, 只有「故障」的意思呢.
所以其實還是..

This capability is under maintanence.
This capability is being reparied.

補充一下, 不能寫成..
This capability is maintaining.
This capability is reparing.

因為這兩句便成了這功能正在自我修復...
若是經由第三者去修復, 動詞前加上 being (被) 便行了.

Now, my brain is under maintanence... *sigh*
